Books example code is no longer available.
By SW Penn
I got this book to go through the dynamic web site examples.
I read my way through 134 pages of background material only to find that when the time came to download the example code that it is no longer on the web at the page given in the book.

When I contacted McGraw-Hill I received email that said:

The ISBN you provided is Out of Print and we do not support or have access to titles and supplements once items are out of print.

Save your money, buy a book that comes with a CD...
